GreenTek Lighting, the leader in HID Lighting solutions is seeking a commissioned representative in the Southern California area to market our energy-saving solutions.
While competition is blindly focused on LED retrfoits, GreenTek reps are able to meet the performance of LEDs at about one-third of the cost. Our customers replace 400 watt HID systems (460 total watts) with our 210 watt eHID driver and a CMH 210 lamp. Our 375 eHID driver coupled with a 375 CMH lamp replace a MH 1000 watt system (1100 total watts.)
Our eHID drivers are fully programmable as one SKU can operate lamps from 150 watts through 450 watts. Therefore we always have the correct product in stock. Typical LED drivers are manufactured in China, but GreenTek Lighting manufacturesdrivers in Germany which allows for superior manufacturing and quality control.
The successful rep will have existing relationships with key end-users and have the ability to drive specifications. A rep that is content with calling on electrical distributors and supplying their demand will not be successful with GreenTek Lighting. However, a rep who is comfortable calling directly on end-users and writing orders based on payback and energy savings will earn significantly higher margins than normal.
Reps must have at least 5 years experience in lighting selling to end-users.
