Job Description: 

Ensure the overall coordination, management and leadership of all the sales activities for Catalog Sales Channel. Strong relationship with Catalog Channel Partners a plus.  Responsible for managing the P&L, develop and execute strategies to achieve maximum top line sales and profitability for our products and services to key customer partners, and to generate new customer business thru development and implementation of Strategy Deployment. Lead and mentor sales team to exceed company, department and individual objectives.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Maintain key customer and prospective customer relationships and conduct strategic business planning sessions w/ leadership contacts to drive sales and growth improvements
• Create and deploy Strategy Deployment for team including AIP processes;  KPI metrics for territory, vertical and customer growth. Utilize ABS tools to perform deep dive analysis to improve processes and increase sales and margin effectiveness
• Coach and mentor sales force around achieving performance goals: sales, new customer development, product mix, margin, expense budget, territory management and  tactical objectives that drive execution to exceed goals. Ensure  effective product  and ABS training to assist sales team reach potential quickly.
• Identify trends and key changes in existing vertical markets and create strategy that will allow ABL to capitalize. Also identify new developing and or expanding adjacent vertical markets which ABL could leverage.
• Collaborate in matrix organization to provide innovative customer solutions  for products, services, warranty and other key business drivers that enhance the ABL value proposition. Point of sales person escalation and resolution for conflict mitigation and service level issues.
• Network and  identify new employee candidates.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years sales experience
• Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred:

• 10 years sales experience
• Master’s Degree
• Lighting certified
