Daintree Networks, Inc., has an immediate opening for a Specification Sales Manager in
California. The candidate will be a part of the Strategic Sales Team, responsible for driving the expansion of Daintree’s advanced control solution into key construction projects throughout the State and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project sales revenue incorporating Daintree’s ControlScope product and service solutions through lighting designers, electrical engineers, contractors and architects
- Drive solution specifications through corporate real estate and engineering groups in concert with the Daintree’s Strategic Sales initiatives.
- Cultivate loyalty, support and specification wins through the traditional architectural engineering and lighting design communities
- Provide concise insights and direction for product management as it relates to the segment.
- Maintain organized account plans
Requirements:
- BS/BA Required
- 5+ years specification sales, preferably in California
- Lighting, electrical and/or architectural product sales preferred
- Demonstrated ability to read and understand architectural, electrical and lighting construction documents
- AutoCAD skills a plus
- Demonstrated record of sales growth and success
- Willingness to travel 30% of the time, sometimes with little or no notice
