Optic Arts is a leading manufacturer of high-quality specification grade linear LED lighting fixtures. The founders wished to recapitalize the company to fund their recent extreme growth.
Tounge Associates, as the Company’s exclusive M&A advisor in conjunction with The Pompeo Group worked with the Company ownership to evaluate the exit strategy, then provided services including but not limited to valuation advisory, a confidential structured sale process and deal negotiation.
