Mercury Architectural Lighting is Sold to a Group of Investors
EdisonReport has learned that Mercury Architectural Lighting was sold to a group of private investors. In the announcement letter, dated 1 AUG, Brian Cunningham states that the private investors have “20+ years of lighting experience.” I am not sure what that means. It could be two investors with 10+ years, or four investors with 5+ years. Regardless, it is great to hear that the private investors do understand our industry.
In the letter, Brian explains that under the new ownership arrangement, Mercury “will continue to deliver the same high-quality service you have come to expect.”
