Summary:
We are a lighting manufacturer seeking a dynamic and experienced OEM Account Manager to identify, cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, fostering collaboration between internal departments and accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key purchasing, marketing, and engineering personnel at designated accounts.
- Understand the needs and objectives of the customers and align our LED lamp and Fixture products to meet those requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Program/Product Managers, to address and resolve any issues or challenges encountered by the assigned accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the customers, addressing inquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring timely resolution of any concerns.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth within the assigned accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on those opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess performance, address feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Represent us at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as required.
- Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and analyses related to sales performance,
customer satisfaction, and market trends. - Travel to customer sites, as needed, ranging from 30% to 60% of the time.

Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related field, preferred.
- 5+ years proven track record of success in account management, preferably within the
lighting/electrical industry. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal
stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets and objectives.
- Willingness to travel extensively, as required, to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
Job Type: Full-time
Base salary starting at $100,000 per year
Experience level: +5 years
Travel requirement: Approximately 50% Travel Work Location: Remote
