As LEDucation 2025 approaches, attendees can look forward to an exciting lineup of virtual sessions, in-person events, and special recognitions. Below is everything you need to know, including schedules and registration details.

13–14 March: Virtual Sessions

LEDucation 2025 offers 15 virtual sessions over two days, covering a diverse range of lighting industry topics. Attendees can register for individual sessions ($20 per session) or purchase a full virtual pass ($50) for access to all.  Register here.

  • Exhibitor Move-In: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
  • 10th Annual Lifetime Achievement Awards – Sponsored by QTL at Parsons School of Design:

Tuesday, 18 March

Pre-registration for Exhibit Hall access only is $30, increasing to $45 for on-site registration. The Exhibit Hall + Unlimited In-Person Session Pass costs $60 for pre-registration and $75 on-site.  The Full Access Pass is $100 for pre-registration and $125 for on-site registration (starting March 19).   • Second EdisonReport Show Daily released at 7:00 AM.
  • Exhibit Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • Lunch Redesigned: Grab-and-go lunch available 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM at two DLFNY Cafés:
    • 2nd Floor: Murray Hill Room (via Rhinelander Exhibit Hall).
    • 3rd Floor: Mercury Ballroom, East Promenade (via Rotunda).

  • IESNYC Student Lighting Competition runs throughout LEDucation, culminating in an awards ceremony at 5:00 PM in the Trianon Ballroom.
