SESCO Lighting, Inc., headquartered in Maitland, FL and NEXGEN Lighting Solutions, headquartered in Carrollton, TX have announced they have entered into a Letter of Intent for SESCO Lighting to acquire NEXGEN Lighting Solutions to become one company, expanding SESCO Lighting’s footprint into North Texas. The transition is planned to occur officially on July 1, 2025. This move will combine the existing resources and 480+ employees of SESCO Lighting with the 35 employees of NEXGEN Lighting Solutions.
NEXGEN, founded in 2016, has built a robust business from the ground up over the last nine years. From a humble start up, NEXGEN has created and continued a growing momentum in the North Texas market. The NEXGEN team, led by Michael Payne, has grown substantially over the last few years, attracting local talent and industry leading manufacturers to their team.
