In a recent LinkedIn post, Jim Williams, founder of JAW Lighting and a longtime industry leader, announced his retirement and the transition of JAW Lighting’s territories in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Ohio to Cooper Lighting Solutions’ existing agents.
After a career that included building one of the nation’s largest agencies and launching JAW Advisory, Jim founded JAW Lighting in 2024, inspired by his wife Ashley’s success. Jim stated, “While the journey of establishing this agency has been both rewarding and demanding, recent health considerations have prompted me to reflect on my future in the industry. JAW Lighting was in its early stages as an agency, but it built a solid foundation primed for continued success and growth.”
Ardd + Winter will be taking over Tennessee, Lighting Associates assuming Kentucky, and Lighting & Controls covering Ohio.
