Noble Venture Partners Acquires LumEfficient Lighting

September 16, 2025–Nashville,  Noble Venture Partners today announced the acquisition of LumEfficient Lighting, a Nashville-based manufacturer specializing in hazardous location LED fixtures. The transaction marks an important milestone for both companies as they build toward a shared vision of growth, innovation, and customer-focused service.

Founded in 2016 by Randy Reid, LumEfficient quickly became one of the largest global suppliers of Light Emitting Plasma (LEP) lighting. As LEP technology began to phase out, LumEfficient pivoted to hazardous location LED solutions—serving oil, gas, industrial, and other demanding environments. The company distributes its products through a traditional rep network while also working closely with lighting designers to ensure its products are specified on critical projects.
