New offering spans standalone room controls through networked, building-wide automation, giving distributors, contractors, and specifiers a single source for fixtures and the intelligence behind them.
VERNON, Calif. ( May 21, 2026). Westgate Manufacturing today announced the expansion of its commercial offering with a comprehensive lineup of lighting controls developed in partnership with Keilton and Autani. The new portfolio enables Westgate to deliver complete fixture-plus-controls solutions for projects of every size, from a single room retrofit to a multi-building enterprise rollout, through its established distribution and specification channels.
The expanded line brings together Westgate’s reputation for rugged, code-compliant fixtures with two of the most widely deployed control platforms in North America. Available now through Westgate are Keilton Basic Controls for standalone luminaire-level sensing, and Keilton + Autani Networked Controls for Bluetooth mesh networked lighting controls (NLC) that scale into full building automation. The combined platform is already deployed in millions of nodes across hundreds of millions of square feet of commercial space worldwide.
“When we set out to add controls, we weren’t going to bolt on a private-label black box and hope for the best,” said Isaac Hadjyan, Co-CEO at Westgate Manufacturing. “Our fixtures are the Ferrari. Engineered, dependable, built to perform, and the intelligence behind them had to match. That’s why we chose Keilton and Autani. They’re the names the industry already trusts, already specifies, and already runs at scale across hundreds of millions of square feet. It’s equivalent of putting Michelins on the Ferrari; you don’t cut corners on the part that meets the road. Whether a contractor needs a simple occupancy sensor on a stockroom or a specifier is designing a connected campus with daylight harvesting, scheduling, and energy reporting across every fixture, our customers now get a fully integrated solution from a single partner, with no compromise on either end.”
A Complete Controls Portfolio, Now Under One Roof
Westgate’s expanded Control Solution category is organized into clear tiers so partners can match the right level of intelligence to the project, with a clear upgrade path that does not require ripping and replacing hardware. Keilton Basic Controls deliver reliable standalone PIR, microwave, and dual-tech sensors for luminaire-level control, ideal for OEM integration and projects that need code-compliant occupancy and daylight response without a network. Keilton + Autani Networked Controls add Bluetooth mesh with self-healing topology, programmed via free iOS and Android apps, DLC NLC5 listed, Title 24 compliant, and field-upgradeable to the full Autani building-management platform when the customer is ready.
Rounding out the portfolio, Homewell GEBC Bluetooth Controls provide wireless dimmers, wall switches, fixture controllers, and integrated sensors for fast, app-commissioned room and zone control. Westgate WEC Controls offer Westgate’s own line of smart dimming modules, wall switches, and motion sensors for straightforward retrofits and value-engineered projects. The portfolio is completed by photocells and ELB-series emergency battery backups for outdoor, code, and life-safety applications.

Built for the Way Projects Actually Get Done
The partnership is designed around the realities facing electrical contractors and lighting agents today: tighter energy codes, growing rebate opportunities for networked controls, and end customers who increasingly expect their lighting to do more than turn on and off. Keilton + Autani is one of the most established Bluetooth mesh platforms on the market, with millions of nodes deployed and the Autani building intelligence platform managing hundreds of millions of square feet of commercial space. Networked installations regularly deliver 30 to 60 percent lighting energy savings, and integration with HVAC, security, and sensor systems can push total building energy reductions even higher.
For Westgate’s partners, the practical benefits are immediate: one purchase order, one warranty conversation, one technical support line, and a clear upgrade path from a basic standalone sensor to a fully networked, analytics-ready building.
