ATLANTA – February 18, 2021 — Acuity Brands, Inc. (NYSE: AYI) announced today it has agreed to sell its New York Digital Agency to Illuminations, Incorporated (I2), headquartered in West Chester, PA, effective March 1, 2021. This sale is consistent with Acuity Brands’ ongoing transformation strategy to significantly increase value to customers and sustainably grow its business.

Erik Frykholm, Agency Principal, Chris McQuillan, Agency Principal, and approximately 20 other New York Digital employees will join the 73 employees at I2 headquartered in West Chester, PA. The New York regional office is located at 5 Penn Plaza in Midtown Manhattan.
