The candidate must be a professional individual that can manage and coach our current sales force, identify opportunities within our current partners and be able to create new business.
The right candidate needs to have strong communication skills, be able to create and implement a sales plan, possess exceptional presentation, management and leadership skills, along with a proven track record of positive sales performance.
An understanding of the industry and a following with Electrical Distributors is a must. Overnight travel ranges in the 40%-50% level between 7-8 states.
