EdisonReport has confirmed that Pathway Lighting is ceasing operations. Jill Coan, President says in a letter, “The past several years have been very challenging for Pathway Lighting Products, Inc. Our business has been negatively impacted by the economy, COVID and the death of Fred Stark our founder. We have worked over the past few years to try and recover from these challenges and return to profitability.”
In the current state of our industry, it is disheartening to witness the closure of well-established brand names like Pathway Lighting and Universal Douglas, who are unable to find buyers.
