Description The National Account Manager will be responsible to grow the Quick Serve Restaurant market segment through current channel, direct, and new channels. This position will actively collaborate with agents and direct sales- both in lighting and graphics- to pursue end users and sales development of the Independent Operators. This manager will be responsible for securing the specifications with Quick Serve Brands, and networking through industry groups and events (i.e. trade shows).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Actively pursue and prioritize Quick Serve Brands
• Call on prospective customers via in person meetings, phone, email, website, webinars, etc.
• Develop and execute a plan for selling into Quick Serve Market- assistance from VP- Key Accounts (30-60-90 day plan)
• Will work to drive sales through specifications as well as existing projects
• Will provide an overall view of LSI while pulling through orders leveraging key benefits of the company’s 3 divisions
• Proactively follow up on all leads: current and potential customers in given territory/market
• Work with LSI agents to establish an understanding of the Quick Serve Industry and product line solutions
• Will develop an understanding of all LSI products to better serve the customer’s interests
• Be proficient in salesforce.com; leverage platform from lead to close

• Assist in customer/field service items as needed
• Represent LSI Industries in the most positive manner with prospective: former and current employees, clients, suppliers and the community we serve
• Interacts professionally and effectively with a diverse group of employees and customers
• Learns and practices standard operating procedures
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance based on the work hours established by the manager
• Have the ability to travel for work related opportunities
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

– Sales Revenue in territory
– Quotations provided in territory
– Agent visits

Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

High Skills: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited
standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
