New “Burnes Brighter Ideas, LLC” to Launch Commercial and Residential Lighting Company.
ATLANTA – Sept. 16, 2011 – Burnes Home Accents, LLC, a division of Anderson Press, and Brighter Ideas, Inc., known for its brand name lighting products Recesso Lights™, today announces the formation of a new joint venture, Burnes Brighter Ideas, LLC. The new company will focus on rapid growth of the award-winning and innovative recessed light shades and pendants introduced at the 2010 LIGHTFAIR International. *
Burnes Brighter Ideas (BBI) will aggressively launch its current Recesso product line into the commercial marketplace as well as to lighting showrooms and online sites across the country. Additionally, the new company will launch a second brand designed specifically for hardware and big box customers. The two lines will be distinctively designed for their target markets allowing for growth of the company in a broad range of commercial and retail markets.

Burnes Brighter Ideas will operate as an independent company of Burnes Home Accents. All operations will, however, be managed through Burnes Home Accents headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. Burnes also operates an extensive distribution center in Florence, Alabama and a manufacturing facility in Durango, Mexico. Its sister company, ANCO, operates three offices in Asia and coordinates logistics and support for all of Burnes Group and Burnes Brighter Ideas.
