Product and Marketing Manager

Due to continued organic growth and an aggressive strategic plan including the dynamic shift to LED solutions, we are searching for the right marketing professional to join our team. The Product and Marketing Manager will have full responsibility for the strategic marketing mix of BJB’s North American subsidiary, and will report directly to the President of BJB North America.
Competitive candidates will:
- Have an outstanding record of professional performance, including a minimum of 7 years of marketing experience in a manufacturing environment. Lighting industry related expertise is ideal.
- Have outstanding cross-functional and cross-cultural business acumen.
- Hold a bachelors degree in Business or Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. An MBA or closely-related graduate degree is strongly preferred.
- Have advanced quantitative/analytical skills and written/oral communication skills.
- Demonstrate alignment with BJB’s unique corporate culture.
- Be passionate about the strategic role of product and marketing management.
- Believe in the inherent value of human capital.
- Be vigilant about maintaining a sound corporate ethic.
BJB’s North American corporate office and primary manufacturing/warehouse/distribution facilities are located in Ringgold, Georgia, which is part of the dynamic Chattanooga, Tennessee metropolitan area. Chattanooga has experienced a renaissance over the last fifteen years, with a revitalized downtown and riverfront, and is ideally located 2 hours north of Atlanta and 2 hours south of Nashville.
