Last week, EdisonReport reported that Philips Lighting requested a postponement in their ITC complaint to 5 NOV. At that time we speculated that Philips was close to negotiating a settlement with one or more of the targets and these targets asked Philips to request the delay.
Today our opinion is confirmed. EdisonReport has seen a document from Christine Lehman, of the law firm Finnegan, which represents Philips in their ITC Complaint. In that letter Ms. Lehman requests, “…that Commission not institute the above-mentioned Investigation as to proposed respondent RAB Lighting Inc.”
