EdisonReport has learned that Deco Lighting has secured financing from GF Capital. Founder Sam Sinai, told the EdisonReport, “The agreement covers all of the secured creditors and we are submitting a plan to the unsecured creditors in January.”
In a press release, Sinai, said, “Deco has placed orders and reset inventory levels across all major fixture categories from indoor to outdoor.” Read the press release here.
