We’re looking for a Sales Manager to drive top-line revenue. This is a hands-on role — no fluff, no excuses, just results.

What You’ll Own

Agency management, territory planning, and channel growth 

Coaching, motivating reps and inside salespeople accountable to follow-up and close deals. 

Growing key markets aggressively.

Forecasting, reporting, and owning the number 

What We’re Looking For

5+ years in lighting sales 

Proven experience managing rep agencies and/or distributed sales teams

Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and doing the work — this is not a detached “strategy-only” position

Obsessed with execution and follow-through strong command of CRM/sales tools — and accountability culture

Leads and deals are followed up on promptly.
