Position Overview:

The Lighting Product Content Creator and Marketing Support role at Elite Lighting is responsible for developing clear, accurate, and engaging content for lighting products, as well as supporting the marketing team with a variety of content-related tasks. This position plays a key role in translating technical product information into well-written specification sheets and product descriptions.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with both technical information and creative content development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain specification sheets, product descriptions, and structured content for lighting products across print and digital platforms.
2. Write clear, concise, and accurate content that translates technical product information into easy-to-understand language.
3. Assist in creating clear and accurate content for marketing materials as needed.
4. Ensure all product and marketing content is consistent with branding, technical specifications, and company standards.
5. Work with product, engineering, and marketing teams to gather information and ensure content accuracy and completeness.
6. Maintain organized libraries of product content, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and easy to access.
7. Update specification sheets and marketing materials as product information, features, or branding evolves.
8. Review all content for grammar, formatting, clarity, and accuracy before distribution or publication.
9. Provide updated product content and marketing materials to support sales presentations and internal communication.

Qualifications:

1. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Technical Writing, or a related field.
2. 3 years of experience in lighting content creation, writing, documentation, or marketing support roles.
3. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in lighting specification sheets.
4. Ability to simplify technical information into clear, engaging content.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe InDesign or similar tools is a plus.
6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
