Blair Companies, a vertically integrated image management leader whose diverse offerings include Lighting, Signs, Millwork and Architectural Imaging for global brands, is seeking a Vice President of Business Development for our Lighting Division.
Responsible for developing and managing Blair’s National Accounts through leading and participating in the total Go-to-Market planning and implementation processes with other senior-level managers at Blair. These processes will include marketing planning and development of marketing collateral required, development and personal execution of business plans establishing and achieving sales targets and serve as the primary sales person to new national accounts.
This individual must be able to hit the ground running utilizing their previous history in the lighting industry to position Blair’s products and services into new and emerging markets. The ideal candidate will provide overall guidance, direction and leadership for the Lighting division. They will identify new marketplaces for designed and distributed products and develop and implement new marketing strategies to aggressively sell LED products to national and regional accounts.
