Lambent Holdings, a portfolio company of Stone Arch Capital, a Minneapolis-based private equity firm, has acquired LF Illumination LLC, a leading manufacturer of energy-efficient, specification grade, architectural LED lighting fixtures. LF joins Lambent’s founding lighting member Delray Lighting of Burbank, CA (www.delraylighting.com).
Founded in 2013 by renowned industry stalwart Jack Zukerman, LF designs and manufactures LED lighting fixtures for a variety of end markets including high-end retail, hospitality, high-end residential, healthcare, museum and commercial office markets. LF’s customer service and unique products have cemented its status as a strong brand within the architect and design community.
LF leadership includes President Loren Kessel, Chief Creative Officer Scott Hershman, and Chief Financial Officer Eileen Cheng, who will remain in place to continue to grow and develop the brand.
