ANTIOCH — Leaders here recently received some clarity about a new streetlight retrofit lauded for its environmental and cost benefits but which has caused concern for some residents.

About 8,700 high-efficiency induction lights were installed along Antioch streets, community parks and city buildings as part of the $4.65 million project, which was completed in December.
