We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to represent and promote our brand with excellence. Regional Sales Manager
Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA

Reports to: Director of Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers in the assigned territory
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for existing and potential customers
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Proactively generate and pursue new customer leads
  • Consistently achieve sales targets within the defined timelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams and departments to support sales initiatives
  • Analyze market trends, track territory performance, and report regularly
  • Provide insights on customer needs, concerns, competitive activity, and market opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Seek continuous improvement based on feedback and performance review

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing manufacturer rep agencies (Rep governance required)
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the commercial lighting industry
  • Experience in developing National Accounts is desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable delivering tailored presentations to diverse audiences
  • Familiar with CRM systems and capable of cultivating professional business relationships
