Best Large Booth at LightFair
At LightFair 2025, Seoul Semiconductor drew attention not through bright lights or flashy displays, but with a calm, minimalist booth that echoed the company’s deeper values—sustainability, innovation, and human well-being.
According to North American Marketing Manager Annie Kisabeth, the booth design was a continuation of what the company first debuted at CES earlier this year. It featured simple forms and eco-conscious materials like cardboard furniture and wooden structural elements—many of which were reused from previous exhibitions. “We really wanted something more simplified. We wanted our technology to speak for itself,” she said. Trade shows can be incredibly wasteful, and the company is trying to flip that narrative.
At the heart of the booth was Seoul Semiconductor’s SunLike technology, which mimics the spectrum of natural sunlight more closely than traditional LEDs. Designed to reduce eye fatigue and support circadian health, SunLike reflects the company’s philosophy: creating a healthier, more beautiful world through light.
In a show often focused on brightness and spectacle, their quiet, thoughtful approach stood out. Visit Booth 663 to see it for yourself!
Best Small Booth
While roaming the show floor, one small booth caught my eye. Most booths have backdrops and banners. Some had television screens with rotating product pages.
SPJ Lighting, an architectural landscape and outdoor lighting manufacturer, took a unique approach – they brought their own van. The customized wood paneling in the interior was built to show off many of their outdoor lighting products in settings where they might be used.
Step out of the dark exhibit hall and into the SPJ van at Booth 1603 for a look at all they have to offer!
