On January 6, 2026, Al Near announced his retirement from Hossley Lighting & Power Solutions after more than eleven years as Chairman and CEO. His message was warm and personal. It showed his deep appreciation for the employees and partners who contributed to the company’s growth.

“After over eleven transformative years as Chairman & CEO of Hossley Lighting & Power Solutions, LLC, I have decided to step down from my role, effective today,” Near wrote.
