Tony Martell

Glendale, WI – Visa Lighting, a leader in architectural and performance-driven luminaires for over 60 years, is pleased to announce the promotion of Tony Martell from Regional Manager to Director of Sales, effective immediately.

In his new role, Martell will lead Visa Lighting’s national sales strategy, oversee the internal and regional sales teams, and continue to strengthen relationships with key partners across the healthcare, behavioral health, and architectural lighting markets.

“Tony has been a key contributor to Visa Lighting’s growth the past two years, bringing a results-driven approach and a collaborative leadership style,” noted Ryan Oldenburg, president of Visa Lighting. “As a Regional Manager, he consistently demonstrated the ability to drive sales performance while aligning closely with customer needs and company values.”

Martell joined Visa Lighting in 2024 and, during his tenure as Regional Manager, played an instrumental role in expanding market presence and strengthening relationships with agency representatives, architects, and lighting designers. His customer-first mindset and solutions-based approach helped deliver consistent performance across the territories he managed.

“I’m honored to step into this role and excited to continue building on the momentum we’ve created,” said Martell. “Visa Lighting has a rich history and strong reputation for quality and innovation, and I look forward to working closely with our team, agency partners, and the specification community to further that legacy.”

Martell will continue to be based at Visa Lighting’s headquarters in Glendale, Wisconsin.

Tony Martell’s promotion to Director of Sales at Visa Lighting reflects the company’s continued investment in its national sales infrastructure, with Martell stepping into a leadership role that spans both the internal team and Visa’s network of agency representatives across the US. Visa Lighting is notable among architectural luminaire manufacturers for its specialized focus on healthcare and behavioral health environments — markets that require a higher degree of product knowledge and consultative selling than general commercial lighting. Martell’s background managing those specification-heavy territories positions him well to lead a sales strategy built on deep partner relationships and application-specific expertise.
