The judge in the Signify vs. Lepro case left Signify’s $410,000 award intact and allowed additional damages. However, the judge rejected Signify’s request for treble damages and more than $4 million in attorney’s fees. I suspect Signify will have spent significantly more litigating the case than it ultimately recovered in damages — and that is very important to our industry.
