Sabu Krishnan will resume his role as Chief Executive Officer and President of both ADLT and Venture Lighting International, Inc. He will also be a board member at both companies. Mr. Krishnan will be replacing Shawn Toney who has stepped down from his board and management positions with ADLT and Venture after a successful three and one half year tenure in those roles.
As part of the recapitalization, a cash equity infusion from a New York investment company familiar with ADLT was received and Gallant International, Inc. and its subsidiaries became part of the ADLT family of companies. Mr. Krishnan brings back to ADLT and Venture his expertise and history with the companies and the ADLT community is excited to welcome him back.
